"We chose Carol's personally guided tailored service for our 3-week trip around the Peloponnese last summer. Having her organize the whole trip and travel with us took away all of the time, uncertainty, and stress of finding appropriate accommodations, negotiating prices, navigating foreign roads, and reworking our itinerary when there was bad weather. She lived in Greece for 20 years and speaks fluent Greek, & she even has a degree in Modern Greek Studies. Not your normal travel agent! Her enthusiasm for all things Greek is contagious. (And her imported olive oil is spectacular!) She is entirely motivated by making people happy and delighting them by sharing her favorite places. This was the trip of a lifetime for our extended family, and we are already considering our next trip after this exceptional experience."

"We were aiming for the trip of a lifetime. We gave Carol a list of places and sites we wanted to see and she created from this an itinerary that was a good mix of activity and relaxation. She suggested in addition several fascinating places we hadn't known about, some of which proved to be highlights of our holiday. The accommodation we stayed in was delightful as well as comfortable, often places we could not have found for ourselves and at much cheaper prices than we could have negotiated. The places we ate at (chosen by Carol) were often in picturesque spots but always serving wonderful food (again at reasonable prices). She also knew what to recommend at each one. Every day was supremely well organised, with regard to timings, travelling between places (often by most breathtaking routes) and lovely places to stop (and eat). "Greece – Our Amazing Adventures with Carol Papaletsos In June & July 2019, my husband Stuart and I traveled with my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter with one of the most talented ladies we have had the great fortune to meet, Carol Papaletsos. We went to the beautiful country of Greece. It was my husband’s first trip to Europe and he was a bit apprehensive about the trip, but once he saw the itinerary Carol had prepared for us, he knew that he would be anxious to see all the beautiful places Carol had in store for us to see. He is a bit of a history buff, having taught for many years, and Carol planned several historic sites on our trip. Carol handled every detail of the trip, from our arrival to the airport in Athens to our departure home. Carol sent us a detailed itinerary of each day’s events, pictures, and the places that we would be staying during our visit. We loved our stay in Koroni, and the beaches were just beautiful. Carol is an amazing cook and started off every day with a fabulous meal. All of our days were strategically planned so that we would have time at the beach, travel to the mountains in Stemnitsa, and back to the beaches in Rafina. The accommodations made were wonderful and we enjoyed each of the three places that we called “home” while in Greece. Carol scheduled a day sailing trip for us, we had a train ride, and enjoyed visiting the Monasteries as well as the beautiful museums. We would definitely book another trip with Carol.
