"Used Brian a few years ago for a trip starting in Vegas then on to the Grand Canyon then Sedona AZ flew home from Phoenix. Had an issue with the hotel in Sedona (not Brian's fault) he resolved it immediately. After covid and our retirement we have taken four trips in the past year Monika handled the arrangements. She wasn't enthusiastic or particularly helpful with extras like info on golf cart rentals. Told me it was up to me to handle things like that. I always thought the customer wasn't charged by travel agents but we were charged $40 extra for each airline ticket. Our last trip in June 2023 was to Freeport Bahamas we didn't want a car rental having no experience driving on the left she booked us a very nice hotel with only a fine dining dinner restaurant. The hotel was several miles from other restaurants and almost a mile from the beach. There was a lovely resort right on the beach with many dining options. She just didn't do a good job and I will not use her or this agency again. We're planning 3 to five trips each year so they've lost a lot of business from us. If you do use them ask for Brian or anyone else and find out what they are charging you for."
