Drivers are always beyond courteous, extremely helpful with little kids and luggage, and come early enough to reduce stress but not so early as to be annoying. Perfect. "I called in the morning for a taxi and the operator Alex tells me 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes passes i call back and while laughing she states " ughhh i think its gonna be another 15 minutes because the drivers bring their kids to school". So i ask if they accept the calls and just cancel and she said "yes they always do that." She then got an attitude when it was over 15 minutes for the 2nd taxi booked and states that i should know it would take long due to the time of day. i mentioned maybe they should mention how much real time the taxi will be and be honest witb people instead of lying. it took total of 55 minutes to get a taxi from these people."
