"DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! We paid our money for a trip and a few weeks before the trip she tells us that our flights have been cancelled. There was a large group of us going and the rest of our group was able to fly. After a bunch of back and forth with Alvenia, where she tried to blame the airline, we called the airline & they let us know that it was not their fault, that our flights had never been booked!! We were not able to get another flight because at that point the ticket prices were much higher than when we originally paid for our trip.(We should have known that something wasn't right because as it got closer to our trip, we kept reaching out to her about our flight info and she kept giving us excuses.) Cancellation was not an option because we would lose money on the hotel and tickets that were purchased for events we would be attending. We had to rent an SUV and drive. Weeks later we got a refund for the airline tickets that we paid her for, but never received. Alvenia was very dismissive and unapologetic for HER ERROR. She gets an attitude when called out on her (obvious) lies. Use this agency at your own risk but you have been warned!!! THIS TRAVEL AGENCY IS NOW LOCATED AT 2546 MAIN STREET, ELGIN SC (in a small shopping center with various businesses)"

"Not refunding during COVID and charge to move the dates. Doesn’t follow up and provid any information on your trip until last minute. You would be better off booking your own stuff. Update almost 2 yrs later from original comment- The service from this travel agency is really bad and unprofessional. I wish I would’ve read the comments prior to booking with this place. This Travel Agent and Agent Alvenia should not be in business. They ended up canceling out entire trip  month out from the day after 2-3 yrs of holding our money during covid - when other agency were refunding and assisting customers with great service. This company held onto our money and initially stated cannot change itinerary but ended up doing that same thing 2yrs later by changing to Hawaii. Then travel agent does not communicate and if she does it makes no sense or not grammatically correct - unprofessional. We had to consistently contact her and at end of day she didn’t book the flights when the first flight canceled so we had hotels with no flights smdh. After almost 3yrs of them holding our money - the canceled the entire trip and of course we went elsewhere where to book a trip BUT NEVER AGAIN WOULD I EVER CHOOSE THIS PLACE AND WILL BE SURE TO TELL ALL ABOUT THIS SO CALLED COMPANY"
