"This was HORRIBLE!!! We came on Christmas Eve and it was dead, we now know why. We have been going to the light show every year and it has gotten smaller and smaller. This was a 15 mins cruise through the lights for $40 per car, that is in no way an appropriate amount to charge for a circle around the parking lot. I would encourage everyone to ask for a refund or dispute your charges. I don’t normally give poor reviews, but I feel robbed. We won’t be coming back in the future."
"We've been going for 3 years. This year had half the lights as last year. On top of that it's short, maybe 25 minutes. That would be bad, but on top of that they put ads in. As you drive through people will stop in front of you to scan a qr code. This ruins the flow and instead of slowly but constantly moving forward you're coming to stops at random times. Without the stopping it would be a 10 minute show. We won't be back next year."
"This is by far the worst year and we have been Shadracks fans since I was young... the wait was insane, 30 minutes to the ticket booth and then 45 minutes from there to the start of the actual lights, maybe a 10 minute drive through show... so many less lights than previous years.. we got to the line at 6:20, didn't make it into to the village until 8:20 and by the time we had used the restroom, the Whoville and Santa lines had been closed off.. sadly I think this is the last year we come.. another ruined Christmas tradition. $40 per car is insane for such a small amount to see... save your money."
"Don't get me wrong, the lights were absolutely beautiful but nowhere close to justifying $40!! This is outrageous. They used to be $10 per car. The lights did not appear synced to the specified radio station. Good thing was almost nobody was there on the Saturday night my son and I went. I now see why"
"$40 per car, $85 for vans, $150 for a bus….RIDICULOUS. Pure greed and not at all worth the money. Only lasted around 15-20 minutes (if that), many light displays were not working, the road is filled with pot holes, the radio station playing the music was filled with static the whole time and even stopped playing the songs at one point. I cannot stress enough that it is more worth your time and money to just drive through the rich neighborhoods, like the ones the people who organized this monstrosity live in, play your own Christmas playlist, and look at the lights people have out."
