"We rented through Sea Pines. Lovely unit and renovated nicely. A few bumps along the way. Despite the other reviews bring shampoo and extra trash bags. They provide one spare. The den rug is beautiful, but very dirty. Needs to be taken out and cleaned! When we arrived there was a bowel movement in the master bath toilet bowel. Flushed and it was gone, but really? We had small roaches in the upper bathroom and a few in adjacent bedroom. Called for an exterminator on Sunday. Today is Friday, nada. The mattresses are very noisy when you get up or down. Crunchy? Perhaps waterproof sheet underneath? The floors make a ton of noise. Microwave is installed so high you really need a stool to operate safely. I am 5' 6". Globe in downstairs hall is missing. Fllor lock on Sliding doors in dining room won't unlock to open. Closet door in master is off track. Random minor maintenance items. The unit needs a good walk through. We enjoyed the location. Overall clean."
"What a perfect location located in Sea Pines on the Harbortown golf links. I delivered Paddlboards and Kayaks here and it looked like to be a very quiet location."
"This particular unit has totally been redone. It was beautifully decorated and spotless! All new everything. Impressed as we have stayed at many condos over the years. We will be back here for sure to stay again."
"Great family vacation spot. Property (and villa) was clean and well maintained. Nice trails to walk/jog/bike. Owners stocked the villa with towels, toilet paper, shampoo etc. That was a pleasant surprise and we were greeted with a nice gift basket. The unit had 4 bedrooms 3 full bath and 1 half bath. A full kitchen, W/D, it really felt like home away from home. Our group was 8 adults and an infant and we had plenty of space. We were close to the pool, beach and plenty of places to eat and shop. We also appreciated the guidebook the owners put together for their guests. It had lots of great information. I hope we're able to visit again."
"Perfect condo! Cozy, comfortable and a great location! Easy to get to from gate, a short drive to beach club, and you can walk to Harbourtown! Can't wait to return!"
