Reviews of Hub City Railroad Museum
"The Hub City Railroad Museum is a nice little find in Spartanburg. It tells about the history of trains in Spartanburg as well as being next to the station! They have a very good gift shop selection as well as some antiques for more than fair prices! However, bear in mind there is a minimal $10 purchase!"
"It is such a great way to spend the morning while learning about the railway. Our son loved it, and we enjoyed ourselves as well. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We will definitely be back."
"Great museum of local railway history and artifacts. The staff was excellent and it's a kid friendly with a good gift shop. Loved the model train display in the caboose and got to see 2 trains pass through about 15 feet away."
"Nice friendly visit with a lot of artifacts showing the history of Spartanburgs Railroad system. It's worth the time to visit it."
"What a wonderful, cute little museum. It was our first time visiting, and Bruce walked us through the museum and shared his knowledge of trains and the history of trains in Spartanburg. It's a small museum, but packed with historical objects and lots of local history. If you've never been, it's worth a stop. Admission is free, but donations are welcome. There's also a small gift shop. Also, dont forget to check out the caboose out front!"
