"This was one of our favorite delivery services. After the past 3 times, I won’t order from here again. I placed a order at 530 pm. My delivery time was 645 -724 pm. I received my order at 755 pm. The driver didn’t apologize or anything. I called and was told they were busy, so why take so many orders! My food was cold . And nothing is worse than cold fries! Never again!"

"Suddenly, after ordering multiple times before we are out of the service area. The quality was never spectacular ( somehow our Red Bowl order showed up with our rice) but we tried never to blame it on the delivery driver. We tipped on top of delivery charges. Which basically doubles your order. Apparently trying to support local business instead of the bigs guys instead of the big guys doesn’t pay off."

"Order is almost always messed up. Drivers, more often than not, are extremely rude, even when it’s something that’s their mistake. After having them completely mess up my order for the 10th time, definitely am going to just stick with ordering from Doordash."

"I waited 55 minutes to receive my order only for it to be wrong. I know what I ordered and I call them and they give me an ATTITUDE and suddenly my Order history is cleared when I go to bring it up after the phone call. Knowing well what I originally ordered. You can’t be rude to someone when your in the wrong. Especially after they’ve paid almost $30 for food that’s incorrect."

"Kind of annoyed. I ordered. And was called and told I’m out of delivery range. Ok cool. But I was still charged $30. And have yet to be refunded. Was told I would be, but after checking my account it’s been about a week since I tried to order. And still haven’t been refunded."
