"Had a terrible experience back in 1998. Booked our Jamaican honeymoon to Sandals - Negril with a beachfront suite. The day before we were to arrive LLT calls to tell us “our potential room” flooded during a plumbing emergency and we had been moved to Sandals - Montego Bay (Basically a singles retreat at the end of the runway). After three days of earth shaking jet blast we demanded LLT a range to either fly us home or transfer us to Negril. They basically refused. I successfully negotiated with Sandals a transfer to Negril were we learned there had been no “plumbing emergency” and that we had been originally book for the Montego Bay property yet billed the Negril price. No refund was offered or honored."
