"I was a client of Beverly’s in 2022. This is my experience with her representation. I explained the details of my case to her in my consultation, and she advised me that she would be able to represent me effectively. I moved forward trusting that she would make some effort to help me, but that was not the case. I know that I should have questioned all of this more as it became clear that I was not a priority, but I really wanted to believe that after everything I had been through that I could trust the legal representation I hired to help me. I consistently attempted to ask Beverly for guidance and advice on how to move forward, and was met with nothing more than snide comments and sometimes outright laughter. The amount of hours she charged me for does not align in any way with what was accomplished. Both my final attorney and opposing counsel were absolutely shocked at how much I spent on legal fees. I was clearly taken advantage of during a very weak time in my life, and this did nothing but cause more stress and trauma on top of the pain and heartache I already experienced in this matter.
