"I'm a huge fan of this service. Being from The Bronx, any time I'm on the island, I make sure to stop at Healthy Meals Direct. The quality and prices are great. However, the timing of the locations for a business that serves breakfast is quite disappointing. Some locations open at 9am, some at 10am, when I want to be purchasing breakfast at 7am or 8am. I have found myself passing by for breakfast and the business has yet to open on several different occasions. Also, opening Fridays at 11am is extremely late. Every location provides microwaves to heat up your food, but most recently napkins have been removed from the utensil package. Napkins should always be provided. These observations do not deter me from purchasing again but it is inconvenient at times."
