"I would actually give them negative stars if I could. I placed an order from Bath and Body Works on July 5th and it has been sitting in Newgistics since July 7th. My order just made its way to the Post Office and is out for delivery today, August 28, 7 weeks later. Their phone is never answered, and I couldn't get anywhere even calling their parent company Pitney Bowes. No one seems to care, so I would say that their customer service is completely non existent, not just poor."
