"I am reputable local businessman who called this firm to ask a "very" simple - polite and very upfront question about someone who may or may not work there as I am trying to find the heir to a parcel of real estate in Charleston. I could not have been nicer in asking. In fact, I began our short conversation with can you "please" help me . . I only wished to leave a contact number should that be possible or maybe get some help .. period... nothing more. However, the woman who answered the phone quickly raised her voice and became INCREDIBLY RUDE and abruptly ended the call with something about the person's son I initially asked about ? and then said goodbye and DON'T EVER call here again"? Who does that? My reason in posting this is because no one should be spoken to the way I was.. and for others to know.. Mr. Howe - sir -- in my humble opinion you may very well have an issue with whoever is answering your phones because anyone who gets treated like I was is very unlikely to ever do business with you .."
