"Worst experience. My franks tag wouldn’t read. I honked off and on to get attention of anyone for help. After 15 minutes a guy is walking towards me, but doesn’t come to me. I asked if he was going to help me. He said he was calling his manager. 10 minutes later another guy comes to ask what the problem was. I told him reader won’t read my tag. He had no idea finally he said I’ll go and punch you in so you can wash your car then pull up and we will check further. I drive through wash the car and park for further assistance. This time another guy comes out. Went through same story. This time he takes a picture of my tag goes inside to computer and checks everything is fine. I go in the office and see all is good. I notice my credit card is getting ready to expire so we updated it . After 45 minutes and 3 attendants I’m on my way. Hope this doesn’t happen again."

"I am not pleased with the wash I received today. I left and noticed dirt still on trunk by tag. Dirt down the side of the car from the tires. Inside of my dash covered in dust and I got the inside and outside. Why spend $40 only to leave and look like you got nothing done"

"New name, same faces and an improved experience! Under previous ownership, the wheel-cleaning machine always left a greasy, black residue on my wheels that would require me to have to clean my wheels by hand after I exited the car wash. Now, under the new name / ownership, the wheels on my car look fantastic when I exit the car wash!!! Additionally, this new ownership provides clean, top-quality micro fiber towels to dry off your car upon exiting the car wash. Hopefully, customers will do the "right thing" and return the towels after drying off their car so that other customers can avail themselves of this excellent service provided by Take 5 Car Wash. Overall, the facilities looked great, all of the vacuums worked properly and most importantly, my car looks great. There are ALOT of choices when looking for a car wash, but Take 5 Car Wash is definitely the BEST choice."
