"I had a great experience working with Julian in the service department today. Had to get my spark plugs replaced(a tune up), an oil change, and a few other much needed things done to my 2012 Hyundai Accent. Julian was very knowledgeable, patient, and provided great customer service the entire time. He has the heart of a teacher and explained everything in detail to me. He even went out of his way to request that the service technicians work me in even though I didn't have an appointment. That was a huge blessing because I needed to get a ton of stuff done. He was very professional, kind, and sweet and cares a lot about customer satisfaction. Thanks Julian! Please keep him on staff and don't ever let him go! Also, the remodel looked great. Love the tech bar, free wifi, the free snacks, the coffee, water, etc. I was relaxed while waiting for my car to be repaired. Good job Taylor Hyundai."
