"I bought my first road bike a couple of months ago. When researching where to bring it for a proper fitting and overall maintenance, the Bike Loft kept popping up as a highly recommended place. I was not disappointed. Jamie took almost an hour and a half to set my bike up, check my flexibility and explain to me everything he was doing and why. "I have had multiple experiences with the Bike Loft. First off it is a local shop, which is really important to supporting our local economy. My first experience was having my Ariel fitted to me. I had no idea how or where the seat should be positioned to avoid knee pain. I have routinely brought the bike in for tune ups and brake adjustments. They were also able fix the rear derailer hanger for me. I feel confident talking to the women up front about cycling routes, how to improve ride times etc. Many reviews ask do you recommend this shop? DEFINITELY!! I had a friend riding the Erie Canal trail, the staff was able to determine her bike had a crack in part of the frame. The staff rented her a bike so she could continue on her ride, fitted it for her and were so gracious. This could have been a devastating experience which turned into a really positive one. I am so grateful for having this shop in my area."
