"I went on cruise to Antarctica with National Geographic endurance. That ship was amazing. The service was the best I’ve ever had. The food was incredible. The sights were absolutely amazing. The nature was so beautiful. And the naturalists and photographers on the boat were excellent. It was worth every penny."
"First let me say the Galapalos trip was amazing. However, I have been trying to get a refund from Lindblad for cancelled flights for 3 months now. They say it is an accounting issue and promise to call me back, but never do. Their customer service is either terrible or they are just trying to steal my money. Will NEVER travel with them again."
"Went to Alaska. The scenery is Beautif the glaciers .. not many . I went in the wild life expedition . Totally not what we expected . Professional photographers with hardly any wildlife around . Cruise was so boring . I felt like I was In captivity . Never again . I could have fine this on my own and saved a lot of money . Don’t waste your time to see nothing and your money ."
"Lindblad stole $3,000 from me and denies it! I submitted an inquiry for a cruise expedition and was told there was a waitlist which I could join. I shared my information over the phone to join the waitlist, but later that week I called back to remove myself and booked the cruise with a different company instead. I never signed or agreed to anything, yet Linblad for some reason charged and posted $3,000 to my credit card with no email or record of the reason for the charge. I’ve called the customer service line multiple times to ask for an explanation. Every time I call, Lindblad says “that’s impossible, we don’t charge people on the waitlist” even though I share email proof of the charge. They refuse to help me correct the error, so I’m not sure how else to escalate besides sharing my negative experience on the internet so no one falls into the same trap."
"Just back from Antarctica on the Orion. This was a fantastic experience. The entire staff (bar, restaurant, cabin crew, etc.) made this expedition a luxury experience aboard ship. The Nat Geo staff was always available, knowledgeable and fun to hang out with after the day was over. Captain Martin and Lucho lead the experience and provided us with unique travel. Thanks. This is a must trip for any traveler."
