"I am a realtor in Florida. I deal with title companies & attorneys every day. I would never recommend this one! I have been simply amazed at the lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and total disregard for the mortgage timeline. I contacted Jeff via email on Nov 6, 2023 about doing a simple mortgage modification to a mortgage he had prepared 2 years ago. I did not get a response from him til Dec 6 (this finally came after several emails from me). I responded & answered his questions within a day....then nothing again. I emailed him & Pam yesterday, got auto response...he's in closings. I called today. Pam called me back & said he won't be able to get to my file for another week or two. Unbelievable."
