"Do not use this moving company! Do not believe any pricing they give you! On the day of the move, they more than doubled our price, and from the reviews, they have done this to other customers. Do not trust your belongings to them! They are careless and are not really insured! They say they are, but we had items broken during the move that were worth over $2000. Their “adjuster” offered us $42!! We filed complaints with the US Dept. of Transportation and Better Business Bureau. We asked for arbitration, but were ignored. If we didn’t live out of state, we’d go to Small Claims Court and sue these scammers. Our only recourse is to warn other potential customers, so they stay away. Take my advice - find another mover. Do not use First Nation!"
"Do not use this mover! I cannot stress this enough. They will play games with price. On our moving day, they more than doubled the contracted price. Our belongings were damaged, including a new, $2300 television set that is destroyed. We filed a claim for the TV with their alleged insurance company and were offered $42. It is now clear from the paperwork that they do not have legitimate insurance coverage. In addition, frames were broken and furniture was scratched during the move. The woman who answers the phone, Noa initially sounds lovely, but she is dishonest and becomes totally unhelpful and dismissive. There are tons of movers out there. Trust me, do not use this one."
"This company left an abundance of items inside my old home, numerous items delivered to my new home was either destroyed or damaged. Their insurance company "Anthem Claim Management" offered $42.00 @ $0.60 per. pound for recovery of items lost or damaged that were worth over $5,000.00 +, this is b.s., if you don't fill out the claim you won't receive reimbursement and the reimbursement is less than you actually paid for your property. To me, both intities are schemed up with b.s.!"
