He did an excellent job with a great attitude making our bowls. He was patient and friendly with a big smile on his face and a very cool personality. "The staff was very kind explaining the various options of creating a bowl. At first, I was not sure I want to try the un-cooked salmon and tuna. After tasting the un-cooked salmon, I was encouraged. I believe that the coconut and ginger sauce added a very nice flavor to the bowl that I created. Try it, you will love it."
