I came to Montgomery Law Firm due to a previous case handled by Ms. Sara Roberts, I have worked with her in the past and was very satisfied with her performance. Sara Roberts was the last person to give me an actual case update and this was October of 2019. This company has POOR communication skills and has NEGLECTED my case. My case should have been filed for two reasons:1. Due to the at fault carrier denying the claim and 2.Treatment being completed this November of 2019.
