"Customer service missed an opportunity. I accidentally ordered boneless instead of traditional wings (6 piece side) via online as part of my order. Initially I thought they made a mistake until she showed me the order slip. I assumed no problem just swap them out for me. After coming from the back she told me, I'm sorry but you can buy another one. She wasn't rude or anything like that. I didn't escalate it beyond whoever she spoke to in the kitchen area. I was too tired but I'll always remember it at the tip line going forward. They didn't help me with the simplest thing to make me feel good about my meal that I was leaving with. Noted. The food was meh: cold fries, decent burger. I didn't eat the boneless (nuggets) so I'm not sure on those. I'm not a fan of strips/nuggets. Mistakes were made. Mine and theirs."
