"Sooo I run inside because of course there’s 10 cars wrapped around the tiny property. I’m literally standing there while 4employees are behind the counter. One within ordering distance. After standing there staring waiting for her to pick up her head to 1 - acknowledge im there and 2- just take my order, I finally ask if they are taking anymore orders of walk-in customers. And she says yes. I said great well maybe you can pick your head up and take the next persons order. Ridiculous typical."
"This is THE Starbucks, the superior Starbucks in Lexington. I put a mobile order in before I leave my house and it is ALWAYS ready by the time I get to the store. I LOVE all the girlies that work there!! They are so nice and personable- calling me by name and knowing my five million orders that I rotate through. They are also so accommodating with substitutions when items are sold out. I love them, I love the atmosphere, I love the drinks and the treats. Seriously consider driving out of your way to visit this Starbucks."
