"We visit this store when coming home from friends houses. This Food Lion is dirty, crowded and needs better staffing. They have a bullet hole in their front window. Theft must be a big problem for them because you are only suppose to leave from the left side doors as the other doors won't open. This is most likely a fire hazzard."

Man answers the phone, gives one word response and hangs up in my face!!! What kind of customer service is that?!?! That wasn't very kind of you Will. I understand that today is a holiday but if you didn't want to work, you should have taken off for the day. I didn't ask you to apply for this job. You did that all by yourself. You work in a public facility and should know better. I hope your day gets better Will. Don't take your frustrations out on people that have done nothing to you."
