"My husband sent these roses on Dec 4 while I was in NYC. This picture was taken the following day, wilted. When he called to have them refunded, the gentleman he spoke to refused and said he would replace them next time I was in New York. We live in Cakifornia. Read their guarantee, and it says if you contact them, they will either refund or replace. They refused to do both."
