"Bought a new explorer timberline from this dealership when it was still Vic Bailey. At 12,000 or so miles the front passenger side wheel started popping. They replaced the strut tower and said it was good. Brought it home and it was leaking hydraulic fluid terribly. Took it back and they said it needed a whole new assembly and they have none in stock so we we’re given a loaner. When the change in ownership happened we were called and told we had to bring our loaner back and drive our broken new car until the parts are available. We are now at 19,000 miles and the front end is popping again and the tire is wearing uneven and our garage is littered with leaking fluid and stains from a new car. We never get a call from them with updates. We called today and they said they still can’t find all the parts but we could look and find them and they would pay for it. So I guess we are supposed to do their job. Will never buy from this dealership again and wouldn’t advise anyone else to."
