"Food was decent, well priced, prepared well. Would not say this is some super service oriented place. Staff took order delivered it then you never saw them again. So average. Atmosphere has decent vibes inside I guess but having homeless people hanging out outside kinda ruins that. Honestly the food is good enough that I'd stop by again however."
"American-Asian inspired should be the label of Soy. The Pad thai was ordered extra spicy. It came with no spice and very little flavor. The edamame was dry and flavor less. The gyoza was the best thing available. The teriyaki beef udon noodles were also flavor less. The service was pretty good except for our meals came before our appetizers. It will be a while before considering giving this place another chance."
"We had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant. The customer service was impeccable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu boasts a variety of delectable options, but the sushi, in particular, was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and expertly crafted. The staff was not only attentive but also genuinely friendly, making the entire visit memorable."
"Soy Noodle House was just "meh" for me. The sushi, fried rice, and spring rolls looked good but lacked flavor. If I am looking for sushi or Asian inspired food, Soy Noodle House would not be my first choice."
"I liked it and will be back again BUT they must have been short-staffed. It took a LONG time to get someone to seat us despite plenty of empty tables and while we were waiting we noticed empty tables were waiting to be bussed for a long time, but it was Mother's Day so I took that into consideration. It also took a long time to get our food but it was worth the wait and VERY good! I am glad I didn't act on impulse and leave when the waitress said she couldn't wait for Mother's Day to be over before she took our order. Comments like that don't inspire confidence. All is forgiven this time; hoping service is better next time. The rest of the group reassured me the service is usually great. Note: what I had isn't on the list below, it was the entree with the wheat noodles."
