"Mary Ann is very nice, friendly and has a “can do” attitude. She gives you options and explains things in a clear manner. However, The older man that also works there is very rude and makes it noticeable that he hates his job. He always treats the customers like they are bothering him. He has a negative “can’t do” attitude and doesn’t want to help you. If it wasn’t for this man, I would give the post office a 5 star but he makes it a 1-star place."

"I've been going to this post office for years and Mary Ann (the Blonde lady) is always very helpful, efficient & friendly. As for other people's complaints about postal rates and late deliveries, I'm not sure why they would blame the postal clerk as she doesn't set the rates (she just gives you your options), nor does she deliver the packages herself (she just puts them into the system). So you should take out your frustrations elsewhere. I'd give Mary Ann 6 stars if I could! Greg Sholes"

"Dropped off a prepaid package with 2 day delivery. Check status 2 days later showed delivered to the same post office . Went in and the lady behind the counter was no help. ( she had blonde hair) now my package is missing.. Do not use this post office go to the one at the acme center in vernon. Much nicer and never have problems..."
