"I'm seeing all of these bad reviews. I've been using Express Scripts for a couple of years now and I've never had any issues. Their Customer Service has always been good for me as well. Prescriptions come on time and I was even notified that my prescription was discontinued with no delay. I still have plenty of meds which means I have time to find a med replacement. Also, home delivery is seriously amazing, especially when you live in the country! Thank you, Express Scripts! I did also want to mention that if you are in desperate need for a medicine, you can have your prescription transferred to a physical pharmacy. You don't have to use the delivery option if I'm not mistaken. Just trying to help those complaining."

"If you need a prescription filled right away, DO NOT use this company!! I had a prescription called in for an antibiotic for a UTI! Over a week later, it hasn't even been shipped yet!! They also give you the 5th degree when it comes to side effects!! I have never seen such a horrible health care company!!"

"Terrible. Order from them if you don't need your medications. Three calls being told order was corrected and all set, followed by 3 e-mails negating that message. 3 strikes and you're out. Save yourself the frustration and pay attention to every rating being one star. Don't get sucked in by supposed "savings". Next."

"Awful customer service! They took almost 2 weeks to process my prescription, every time I called I was given the runaround. They took money out of my account without authorization. I have to argue with them every time I need to refill my prescriptions. It's such a hassle dealing with them. I wouldn't give them any stars, cause God knows they don't deserve any."

"They lose prescriptions, mess up deliveries, delay medications. There is always some reason I have to call and get interviewed by their idiot computer prior to talking to a human being to get them to release my medication.The one nice thing I can say about them is that when you finally get in touch with a human being they are polite and professional. Unfortunately they are tightly controlled corporate work force and do not have the freedom to personalize your service. I alternate residences and have my prescriptions sent to the residence where I will be staying. If my last prescription went to my other address and I don't spend 20 minutes on the line with them assuring them that I really do live at both residences and know where I want the medication sent they don't send my medication. There are only two residences for them to keep track of but there is only one "box" for them to fill the address in on their computer. I am not an angry person but about every other month I find myself on hold thinking to myself "I hate Express Scripts"."
