"Showed up for appointment. Came in office door, ended up being the back door. Was greeted by a office personal who was not wearing a mask. He directed us to the front of the office where we were greeted by another employee who was not wearing a mask. Then the employee without sterilizing her hands and removing a sterile mask from a sterile package, she simply placed a used mask on and walked up to the front desk with a mask. Stated that we were required to wear a mask. Then Mr. Scott came out and stated that this was a private business and until he knew that everyone was vaccinated and that the virus was totally gone. That he would require the masks. Now I told him that I don't have a problem with a policy, but that I do have a problem with ignorant policy. I asked him if he sterilized his hands before he removed the sterile mask from a Sterile package., which he had not and then got upset. I refuse to trust any legal matters with someone who cannot follow actual rules for donning PPE."
