"This was my second service appointment on my Bronco since taking ownership. My first experience was awful, but I won’t fret on that, this time around was a complete 180. I didn’t have very high expectations after my first visit, but Fairway’s employee Joe is an outstanding adviser and was extremely communicative and professional throughout my entire appointment. My vehicle had to stay overnight a few days, but Joe was sure to get me a rental so I wasn’t stranded. They performed all the required recall issues, and returned my vehicle in great shape. "The actual work completed for me in the service department was great. The service on the other hand was not great. They took 7.5 hours to complete my standard oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 8am and my truck was not ready until 3:30pm. I was overcharged on the price and Jason in the service department said he would credit my credit card for the difference but never did. I will find somewhere else to get my service completed in the future."
