"I live on Lake Osiris near Walden NY. The roads are narrow and windy but there’s no excuse for pour driving. I drive a semi for a living so I know what I’m speaking of. I have asked the drivers to slow down many times. Saturday your driver plowed over my yard and zoomed away. 10-7-23 at 4:50pm."
"I have to say my experience with UPS this week was disastrous. 1st my package was supposed to arrive at my home on Wednesday I was not home so the package was supposed to be delivered to an access point. I went to the access point where they told me my package was my package was nowhere to be found. I went to the access point location 4 times still no package. I called UPS customer service was told that the package was at their main site I inform The customer service rep that they can just leave my package at their main site I was informed that my package would be left at the site and that I can pick it up the next day on Thursday I attempted to do this and accidentally my package was put back on the truck and sent to go back to the access point. I was very understanding about the mistake. It was OK that they had made a mistake so I decided to go back to the access point to pick up my package. Went back to the access point to pick up my package they claimed the package was still in route. I then called again UPS customer service and was told they are sure my package is at the main site yet on their website is stated that I could pick up my package from the From the access point . Still this was not accurate and I was told then that I could pick up my package at the access point at 7:00 p.m. well the office for UPS closes at 6:00 p.m. so again this is now the 2nd time inaccurate information. Now we are out to today I finally got my package a young lady by the name of Ariana was awesome she was able to assist she guaranteed that my package was there and checked the tracking numbers and I was able to leave with my package today so I gave kudos to Ariana from customer service who took the time even though it wasn't her fault and apologised for all my inconvenience and maybe feel like it was work the weight . In addition to I spoke to a customer service name by the name of Omar He did not give proper information and he needs to learn better customer service."
"Had to change my 5 stars to 1 star due to the fact that every single package that has come in the last 6 months says it's delivered and doesn't show up doe days oe even weeks. It gets lost in their system and I could drive to to company and pick up the order faster than UPS. FedEx is on time most times and the USPS is 100% reliable in this area. You have said a package that was worth hundreds of dollars and one of a kind was delivered and you yourselves could not confirm where it was for me to just do your job and pick it up. Not only is their delivery stem lying about the actual status if a package, they make it hard to reach local branches and even a human to figure out where your package is to try to get it in a reasonable time frame. Once again a needed package said it was delivered yesterday and it was not delivered. This should be considered illegal because your basically relieving yourselves from liability by saying it's delivered when it's in your possession."
"I was awaiting two packages set to arrive on a Saturday. I’m just chilling at home waiting, no issue. Then I get two separate notifications: one stating the address does not exist, and another stating they need a gate code. The address does exist and I verified my shipping information. Amazon, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and the local 18 year old door dash drivers have all found this address with no issues. As for the gate, there’s literally no gate, so I’m unsure how a gate code is required. I called customer service and they told me I could drive to this location for a pick up. Mind you it’s still Saturday and after hours so there’s a slim chance someone is there, but I figured it’s worth a shot. No one was there, but the door to the building was unlocked, and there were delivery trucks inside and out that were not closed, packages still onboard. Anyone could’ve taken packages. If you live in this area, just know there’s virtually no security for your mail if it’s located here. I notified two separate customer service agents about the lack of security here because I know how much it sucks not getting what you ordered."
"I ordered live food for my pet bearded dragons. I had the company that I ordered from include my phone number and a message to call me as soon as possible on the front of the package since I did not want the LIVE feeders to die. Well, due to pure laziness, I never received a phone call or notification of any kind. Apparently, my package was waiting in their office for 5 days straight (hopefully, they enjoyed the movement of worms in the box for those 5 days...perhaps one might have gotten out), and it was then returned to the company I purchased from. Needless to say, they claimed there was never any phone number provided, but I've ordered from this company before and they have ALWAYS put the phone number on the box. I am now out 50 dollars because I have to reorder the feeders and on top of it, my bearded dragons are without food. Thanks UPS! When I called to figure out what happened they said it was MY responsibility to keep checking tracking to see when it gets delivered. Really? We are in the 21st century...everyone gives notifications, phone calls or at least leave a little slip of paper near the front door or mailbox so people know. Terrible service. I am having my 2nd order shipped with FedEx now. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Hopefully, my pets will survive without food for several days..."
