"Unit was smelly and not very clean ,location was nice ,partial view of the ocean , shower didn't work , knob was broken."
"We have stayed here a few times. The individual condos vary quite a bit, but the location is great. The pools are nice and there is lots of room on the pool deck. Right on the beach too!"
"Great resort! This is our 2nd year at the same condo at Villamare. I love that it’s located inside Palmetto Dunes which is my favorite area on Hilton Head Island. It’s across the street from Shelter Cove so we have lots of restaurant choices that are just a bike ride away. The paved bike paths inside Palmetto Dunes and around the entire island are absolutely amazing!! We will definitely be back next year."
"Great location right off the beach. The room was a bit dated... The parking situation is horrible. Tiny spots under the building.... It's 2022 - why is there not 1 single Ev charger anywhere? The pool area was cleaned regularly..which I appreciate"
"Good location but this unit had that musty smell. We immediately turned on the furnace fan and by week 2. It got better. The furniture smelled like old people or pets. Needs to be cleaned and the walls were skerfed up. Needs a fresh coat of paint. Not worth the price we paid. Already book a different unit for next year, out of the Villamare complex. Little disappointed. View and location was great but not well cared for."
