Okatie Hilton Head Hotel

"The location of the hotel to my daughter's college is only 9 minutes away. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great also. The staff was also friendly also all day long and night."

"WARNING!!!! This not a Marriot Fairfield. It shows up as that when booking. The lady at the desk informed us that after she charged our card and we signed . I gave her my rewards card to add my points...then it went downhill. She said the hotel was bought and they don't know the Google password to take off Marriot Fairfield. The room was terrible, it smelled so bad, mold on the ceiling thread bare towels. We went for refund but was refused. So we left. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE"

"Room wasn't very clean. The shower had men's hair stubs, pubic hair in it then found it on the toilet as well. I notified front desk and all she said was I need to find out who last cleaned that room. Really?? Did give me $25 off the room but didn't offer a different room either. Then found pop caps under the curtains when I closed them and ac unit. Front desk lady this am when I spoke to her just said ok and turned away. Decent hotel, breakfast staff incredibly nice, but I will rethink my choices next time."

"Great staff first of all. Tucked in a little cozy area and you'd drive right by it if you weren't paying attention or know it was there kind of ordeal. Breakfast was awsome. Room was comfy for 2 and the bed was soft. Slept like a baby. Pool area was nice but was raining so didn't spend much time out there. Overall stay was excellent. The ale house across st was amazing as well and within walking distance. Deff be back again."

"Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff are the greatest hotel staff I have ever met. They are kind, accommodating, and helpful. The room was huge and up to date. The bed was so comfortable. Also, continental breakfast was amazing. Will book here every time. Kay at the front desk is amazing"
