"I paid over $2,000 upfront for termite coverage and they sent one young kid out to install the bait and he made such a mess out of my yard by digging out holes for the traps, didn’t attempt to clean any of it up, or make sure the traps were even level with the ground. the quality of this bait installation was terrible, he was here for 20 minutes and then left without letting me look at the work he did so i could bring these issues up while he was on-site. I’ve even had to clean off my front step because of all the clay he tracked onto it. Not pleased at all with the follow through after the purchase of their service product."
