"Review of 10 Ketch The Perfect Beach House for Active Families! This is the 2nd time our family has rented 10 Ketch during the winter holidays and we couldn't be more pleased. Luann is the most incredible owner/host. From the moment you rent, she reaches out to you and keeps you informed and up to date on what is happening on Hilton Head. She is always a phone call away. As she said, she knows how important her holidays are to her and she wants her clients to enjoy their time in her beachfront home. There were 13 of us and the house is spacious with room for all of us to spread out. The heated pool entertained our 5 grandchildren for hours and then they hop out and head to the beach, just a few steps away. We had terrific weather and the kids built sand castles and waded in the ocean, even in the winter. The house is well equipped for those who like to cook and we do. The rooms are large with plenty of closet space. The Great Room fit us all for movie nights. The large dining room table was perfect for the adults and the grandchildren enjoyed having their own dining table in the kitchen. The location of 10 Ketch in Palmetto Dunes is icing on the cake. There are many activities for kids, restaurants for dining out and incredible shopping near by. Go to Hilton Head, stay and 10 Ketch. Tell Luann, Charlotte sent you! "Cleanest house we have stayed at in Hilton Head in the 20 years we have been going there. Luann (owner) was extremely informative , communicative, available and accommodating. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The pool and the patio was perfectly situated for our large groups needs (plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas and automatic awning on deck). Two refrigerators in kitchen and multiple air conditioning controls were also a plus. King size beds and en-suite bathrooms were added bonus. Highly recommend."

"We stayed at 10 Ketch, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head SC in July of 2020. Our family of 11 was extremely happy with our stay. Four gorgeous master bedroom/bath suites, plus an additional bedroom and sofa bed and plenty of shared family space made everyone comfortable. Luann was an outstanding host - she sent us frequent updates prior to our stay and recommendations for preparations ahead of time. We were able to have 10 rental bikes and groceries waiting for us upon our arrival at 10 Ketch. The private pool was pristine and the beach was a lovely view from the living/kitchen area and just a short walkway across the dunes. Luann responded very quickly with our questions prior to and during our stay. We were sorry the week went by so fast and can't wait to return!"

"Awesome house! We did a April rental as a family and had a blast. The house was perfect - lots of room, great views, fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs and a local guide that listed favorite restaurants and rentals. We plan on making this an annual event. Thanks Luann!"

"Still basking in the glow of our wonderful vacation at 10 Ketch last week. We have stayed at multiple rentals over the years, and this was by far one of the best. Perfect location for families with children of all ages. Highly recommend this property for its location on the beach in lovely Palmetto Dunes. The house is very clean and well kept with all the amenities - especially appreciate the little touches including Alexa, games, beach towels, pool & beach gear/toys, bathroom towels, tissues, etc. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Quick walk to the beach on a private path, and the pool/surrounding area is awesome. The property manager, Luann, is very accommodating, and available with quick response for questions from the time of rental, through our vacation as well as post vacation. Additionally, she provided invaluable information about the Hilton Head community (grocery shopping, excursions, restaurants, golfing, etc), and went so far as to order us a corn hole set when we expressed interest in renting one. Loved, loved, loved this special place where we created many happy family memories."
