"BEST IN 40 YEARS: We’ve been coming to Hilton head Island for years, and only recently began using Hilton Head Vacations . Inc. We have been incredibly pleased with the extra effort. Robert Young has made to match us up with an appropriate vacation unit. The units were excellent and well equipped. But most important was the willingness of Hilton Head, Island, Inc. to facilitate our stay with useful information and assistance as needed. On one occasion we needed additional help and they went far beyond what we would’ve expected. I recommend this agency (for reservation) without reservation. They’ve been the best ever and we’ve been com into HHI for 40 years."

"This was our first time staying in Hilton Head, and I’m very pleased with the professionalism and attention to details in how everything was handled by Hilton Head Vacations. We stayed in 254 Evian which is a beautiful unit on the golf course and close to everything. Our condo was up to date and well stocked…truly a perfect spot for a family vacation. The owner, Robert, was responsive to my questions about the area and golf. He also allowed us to check in early which was a major plus. I would definitely use this company again on my next visit."

"Forest Beach Drive place is perfect. Public access to the beach is legit right across the street. Spacious and quiet, walking distance to ice cream for our child, and primo food spots. Bike rental place drops off bikes at your doorstep. We’re definitely coming back."

"We are currently staying at 26 Pink Sand on Hilton Head Island, and the property itself is beautiful and accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of pots, pans and dishes. There are plenty of different olive oils to use for cooking and select spices. There is a Ninja coffee maker which I love! Robert Young was quick to answer and help with any concerns!"

"We stayed in Unit 67 in Fairway Villas and thoroughly enjoyed it! The location is top notch, for us a lagoon view was paramount and this one was great! It was also nice to have the very large sunroom to take in the golf course/lagoon view. We were entertained by spotting gators, watching a large variety of herons and egrets fishing, and even the fish jumping. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the pillows were good. We only ate out at a restaurant once so the kitchen has everything you need to cook for the family. The grill was also a great addition! The beach was a short, easy 5 minute bike ride and the fenced patio off the kitchen was a good place to park the bikes, store beach gear, and get cleaned off before going inside. This property management company was also great to work with. I emailed a few times with questions before booking and Robert was always helpful. We checked in very late ton the date of our arrival (2am) and the instructions to the after hours key pickup and then to the unit were clear. The unit was clean and exactly as advertised. I highly recommend you book directly through the company vs. VRBO type websites as you will save some money on fees. During our stay I called Hilton Head Vacations Inc. needing to make a change and Robert was very helpful and accommodating. You don't get that when booking with larger, non-local management companies. When we come back we will definitely book through Hilton Head Vacations Inc. and stay in the same unit."
