"If I could give Zero stars I would. This company scammed me of $150.00 ($75.00x2). I informed them ahead of applying for a rental unit that I would have a co-signer because I knew I did not make 3x the monthly rent & and I knew my credit was not the best. They told me go ahead & put in the application cause no one else had put in an application. I was then called by Bodaford & asked if my co-signer would be living with me I told them the co-signer would be living there from time to time cause they travel which they said, said okay. Minutes later while I was with my co-signer they called my co-signer & asked if she would be living at the rental unit, which she told them yes as if that would be a reason to disqualify a rental applicant. They said Okay. The next phone call I received from them within a short period of time was that an applicant with a better credit score had applied & that they at Bodaford felt that person would be a better qualified applicant due to there credit score. I informed them that I felt that I was being scammed. I had already told them prior to submitting the application that I was going to need a co-signer because I did not meet the financial guidelines of 3x the rent. I then requested a refund of the application fee to which I was told "we do not refund application fee's but I will ask my manager". As expected I was called back & told I would not be refunded per the manager due to there "no application refund clause". So take this as a warning of practices committed by this realty company as not everyone will leave a review when scammed by business as such. Local hospital worker Sincerely"

I took a leap of faith going with a lesser known community brand name and it was worth it. These guys know a lot of people! I was selling my home and needed small repairs and had lots of questions... all of which were answered in such a timely manner and so respectfully as -if I was a family member.
