"Why can't Walmart have this above there check out for people will know were to go at cash or card . All people don't do the card all the time. Walmart need to put this above there cash registers for people will know were to go instead of walking around with there heads cut off trying to find were to go."

"I placed a pickup order for 8 items, an hour before my order was ready I got a message three of my items were out of stock, no big deal. One of the items I was told was out of stock was a three drawer storage cart, which I had purchased one of the day before with plenty of extra on the shelf. When I got to pick up my order someone waited in the car for the order, I went inside and found said cart that was out of stock, with 8 sitting on the shelf, 2 items over on the same shelf from an item I ordered that was fulfilled on the pickup order. I was able to find the item, check out and make it back to my vehicle before the pickup order was ever brought out to my car. And I waited another 10 minutes for the order to be brought to my car. The pickup workers are just plain lazy and have no care for their customers or customer service!"

"This Walmart has been recently redone to the new format store, and it’s fantastic. Easy to navigate, find what you need, and they had both cashiers and self check out available. I appreciate that option, as sometimes I don’t want to ring up my entire order myself."
