"Do not use this company!! This review is late but has been on my list to share. Got a golf cart from them in 2020. It has been a complete lemon. The day they delivered it, it died in a half a mile. Gave me a different charger. Didn't work. Took them two weeks to finally replace with "new" batteries. They lasted a couple of months, They took cart again and said there was one battery that was bad. Replaced that. Worked for couple months. Finally, the batteries were not only not holding charge, they were leaking acid on my garage floor. Took pictures and showed them. They took cart again, kept for a week and said it did not leak with them. Brought back and charged me $285 for keeping cart. So then had leaking batteries that do not work. I finally had had enough and called a different company. They replaced batteries and all has worked fine for over a year now. Was informed that new batteries were never put in. Chad has a machine that "refurbishes" old batteries and he sells them as new. Just a warning."

"Fantastic experience. The employees were excellent, in particular Andrea. We needed the bushings to be repaired on our six-seater Club Car and were thinking of getting a 3 inch lift so we could upgrade the wheels. We also wanted to upgrade to lithium batteries. Based on the inspection and what I had explained I wanted, I was talked out of the lift, and given a cheaper option with no lift but instead, radial tires. The result was a repaired and improved golf cart returned to us in two days, for less than I was planning on spending. Very happy, highly recommend Rad Rydz."

They didn't try to oversell me a bit - helped me find a cart that was within the budget I had to draw from. They allowed me to go back and forth to decorate the cart for Christmas, guided me on accessories to purchase, and made sure it was charged and ready when I came to pick it up.
