"I was really surprised with the customer service, even with it being delivery. I am allergic to shellfish, so I called after the Doordash order was sent. The sweet lady who answered the phone at Poke Brothers was so helpful, assured me extra care when assembling my order would be taken to not cross contaminate, I believe her name was Missy or Misty. You have a great asset in her. When my order was delivered I opened the bag to find such a kind message wrote on my to go container, thanking me for my order, and hoping I will enjoy my meal. That small act of kindness made me smile, and yes I truly enjoyed every bite. Their food is amazing, the flavors are spot on, not over powering, the combinations are so well planned out to get the best flavor possible!! I am a returning customer for life. Thank you for such a great experience from even a delivery. As soon as I can heal from a knee replacement I will celebrate with a visit to your restaurant!
