"I have had so many problems with this store not giving me what I ordered and taking my money I'm so sick of it. Tonight ordered two pizzas, said they'd be easy in ten minutes went up to get them and they tell me their oven is broke. I come home just for the app to tell me that my order is ready. Go all the way back up there to hear them tell me they don't know how that happened and still have not refunded my money or cancel the order. No food and no money.. thieves! Time before last I ordered pizzas and drinks and I get ...one fork/spoon and napkin and some ketchup packets, and that's it!!! Just thieves"
"Dont order from here, they will tell you the ovens broke and they cant cancel your order. Youll get a notice on your app its ready and we were delivered just utensils. When you call to get a refund they claim you got it. Three times they stole from our family."
"I'm going back to Spinx!!! At least they let Hospitality get their coffee and fountain drinks free. This place is nasty. Manager never there and when i do see her she always arguing with someone. Also theres never coffee sugar or creamer. They need new management asap! The weekend 3rd shift worker is the BEST!!"
"Great spot to stop for a frozen slurpee. Staff was friendly and the store was very clean. Ample amount of gas pumps and some hot bar food items available. Would return here again!"
"Service used to be good. Morning/day shift is still good. It is second and third shifts that fall short. I understand the pressure of being short staffed. However that is no excuse for not try your best and being professional. Associats on late shifts are rude. Food is burnt or missing when delivery orders are made. Have spoken to several associate and one manager and basically felt like I was blown off. Manager actually smiled as he walked away. Super frustrated."
