"Super friendly and helpful staff who provide fast and quality service. I had just had my tire replaced at a different store who did a very poor job, way overcharged, and damaged my rims in the process. After driving on the new tire for 2 days, it started to lose pressure. I stopped by NTB to get some more air and the customer service was excellent, especially since I wasn’t buying anything. When the mechanic heard that the tire was just replaced and was already leaking air, he gave it a look and couldn’t find anything wrong with it but taught me a bit about what could be causing the issue. The next day the tire was completely flat so I took it back to the shop where I had originally had it replaced and requested a refund for the repair and decided to take my business to NTB. They had a new tire on and ready to go in around half an hour and at right around half the price. Super friendly and high quality service. I plan on returning for any future service I need."

I recently found myself in a tight spot with my car, but thanks to them they were able to accommodate me without an appointment and saved the day! Melvin handled everything flawlessly. He understood the urgency of my situation and ensured that my car was seen to promptly. Kenny on the other hand, efficiently diagnosed the issue and took charge of changing the oil and replaced the battery in my car, leaving me with complete peace of mind. He went above and beyond with helping me with my tire- I had no idea what kind of tire I needed and Kenny explained everything and helped me find the best one for me. "Kenny, Joey and the team were great and so fast with replacing my four tires, balancing and alignment of them. My vehicle has air suspension and requires a few extra steps prior to alignment; they paid special attention to this and showed me it was at the right height prior to performing the alignment. I was in and out in under 2 hours! They definitely made the process of getting new tires put on much easier. Super friendly team too! This is definitely my go to tire shop from now on!"
