"Update: I left something in my room and called to get it returned. They said they found it and would ship it back. GREAT! WELL, here it is 8 weeks later and still have not received it. I have called numerous time and even spoke Andrei Tyler, the GM. He said he would personally take care of it... and welp here it is Jan 19 and NOTHING, NADA, and he has not returned a single voice mail that I left him. Horrible customer service. I did leave it and it is MY fault but just tell me if you have it or not. Very nice resort, large condo overall, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, indoor pool & hot tubs great. Weather was cold so wasn't able to enjoy the large pool w/lazy river. Overall very nice resort!!"

"Location is great! The room was very clean and well supplied. On service, I took away a star because Maintenance never came to unclog our toilet. A plunger was there, bur didn't work well We went to a nearby Walmart and purchased one, and did it ourselves. But, overall a great resort."
"Bluewater Resort is a solid choice for a longer term stay in Hilton Head. The units are large and well equipped, with good kitchen facilities and a good quality washer/dryer in the apartment. The bathrooms are huge, and the master bathroom had a whirlpool tub. The facilities are well looked after. The location is good if you are visiting friends or relatives at Hilton Head Plantation, otherwise it’s a little far away from the main beach resorts."
"My wife and I as well as my son and daughter-in-law stay at the Hilton Head Islands' Spinnaker Resort for Thanksgiving holiday week, 11/19==>11/25/2023. We had a relaxing and wonderful week in our 4th floor 2 Kingsize bedroom and 2 full bathroom unit. The amenities of this unit were more than adequate. The unit was spacious and has been upgraded with pleasing visual art on the walls and comfortable furniture appointments. The resort 's workout equipment, the indoor pool, showers, and dressing room facilities were of reasonable number to accommodate several guests as well as relatively modern and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this resort a good family vacation or holiday break location."
