He is so laid back and happily attends to every detail about the house. He works so hard to ensure every guest is taken care of and is satisfied. "I do not recommend using itrip Vacations and Barry. We rented a house over this past weekend and it was not a pleasurable experience. We arrived 20 minutes early to an air conditioning company looking at the particular property for issues. The air conditioning company couldn’t get the air working in the 2nd story of the particular home. They brought out a window unit that didn’t fit and then had to go get another one at Walmart. This was an inconvenience as we had people in and out during our first 3 hours of taking over the property. Although the window was placed in the up stairs bed room 2 other sleeping locations was not able to get the air conditioning from the window unit. We made Barry aware of this and a pair of worked showed up unannounced around 6pm the following night. They said they were trying to get another window unit but hadn’t showed back up before 9pm so we contacted Barry to tell them to forget it. The house was dirty, one of the fold out beds had a large pee spot with a used puppy pad under the sheets. Barry offered us an additional night stay but with our work arrangements couldn’t make it work and wouldn’t want to with the conditions of the house. Barry then offered us a discount of $100.00 just a fraction of a nightly stay. I think if a night stay would have been given then you would think that a discount of that amount should have been applied to the current reservation. Barry’s lack of communication and care for people renting and spending money on properties with issues will have me not using him in the past and I suggest you do the same or you will end up in a situation like ours."
