"Just purchased Michelin tires a month ago. So happy after today's torrential downpours all along the coast. I literally drove every bridge from Mt. Pleasant to John's Island to Charleston, side puddles or should I say side lakes and not once did my car waiver. My car held the road no matter what was tossed at me today. I was going for the save a buck brand yet after talking to the manager I went with the better tires. The staff was beyond helpful even though it took me several calls to decide and make an appointment, they were very patient with my indecision. They also checked my front end alignment while I was there. It was good to go so they didn't con me into spending more money than necessary. Very much appreciated. Big thank you to Williams Tires!"

"While visiting Charleston from out of town, we got a flat on our wheelchair accessible van. I called Williams Tire and explained our difficult predicament, being stuck at a hotel with no way to get it fixed. Two amazing gentlemen showed up at the hotel within an hour and rescued us. They replaced the tire in short order, were unbelievably kind and concerned about us getting to our medical appointments on time. The genuine kindness these men and the owner showed us was amazing. They didn't know us at all, but they heard we were in trouble and came to the rescue super fast. Absolute professionals but more than that they care!"

Price in shop was exactly what we expected from a phone call. I appreciate y’all so much for accommodating us, as this was the only time we had free to assess this problem!
