"I've been using Northstar ever since its proprietor William Mann started the business after Miller Cadillac closed. William had been a tech at Miller. This is a business you can count on to not try to sell you something you don't need. That is rare in automotive repair & maintenance. The little old unsuspecting lady will not be taken to the cleaners here. William will even give you some free advice without making you pay some ridiculous price for diagnostics if he can get around that. His experience allows him to do this. He's busy enough anyway. The last time I checked he didn't have business cards. He said he had enough business via word-of- mouth. I usually don't recommend businesses as it can easily backfire, but I do feel comfortable recommending Northstar."
