"Vickie K. Zobel from this firm is the closing agent to handle a "sandwich Transaction". A Sandwich Transaction is A-B, then B-C. A is the property owners, B is the Realty 103 LLC by Charles Lee, C is me. I am the end buyer. I have contract with Realty 103 LLC and I have no relationship with property owner. Charles Lee from Realty 103 LLC is selling 4 properties as package with private lender with 6% rate. Charles Lee acts as agent to find the private lender for me as well. As instructed by Charles Lee, I wired $4000 to Kenan Law Firm as my Earnest deposit to buy the properties. Later Charles Lee is not able to find me the lender so I have to cancel the contract. Instead of return EMD to me, Vickies K Zobel the closing agent without my consent sent my $4000 to the property owner. I have no contract with the property owner (A party in the Sandwich Transaction). I called Vickie K Zobel, she said Charles Lee had not brought these properties, so my contract with him is null. If so, then I have absolutely right to get my money back. Vickie and her boss avoid my message, email and calls. They are mis-placed the funds. In addition, later I found out at least one of the property does not have clear marketable title because the owner brought them through tax sale. I was not inform that properties are not clear of title. As closing firm, not inform parties that properties are not clean title total fail. I WILL DEFINITELY AVOID USING THIS FIRM."
