"Great service!! Unfortunately showed up during lunch hour, and had to wait a while."
"Postal person could not find house number or house which is listed and on Google maps. Delivered package to wrong address for that resident to deliver to me. I put up extra signage to state where I was and still postal person would not deliver my covid tests but did for my neighbor next door to me. How can postal people be this clueless. Tried to call and get an agent and there was no option for my situation nor could the phone service understand me. The address is pretty bright and is at front of property not way back on the house so not sure how they can miss it."
"The mail carriers don't care about How a package is delivered from this post office They take a package from Amazon to deliver, But they can care less about how it's delivered , the lady that delivers my packages always leaves it on the ground and in the mud in the rain, I have a weathered tight storage Box on my porch says all packages please put inside, She will not walk more than 2' away from the van, I have it on camera of her dropping my package to the ground, If the package is small enough she won't even get out of the Van she will just throw it Towards the porch, She has 0 respect for her job or anybody's deliveries"
"Found a "attempted delivery" slip in my mailbox to reschedule a delivery because "no one was home"...... I was standing in my living room that day watching the mail truck, never came down the driveway to attempt delivery and just stuck the slip in the mailbox! Rescheduled delivery for the next day, 2 days later STILL NO DELIVERY!"
"HORRIBLE!!!!!! If there was anyway that I could get all of my mail via email it would be done! After not receiving our mail for at least 4 days I contacted the post office. They decided to hold our mail because of the snow, however, failed to notify us of such. In addition, I talked to the neighbors which have a mailbox that is less than 4 inches from ours and they are receiving their mail. The postal system is going to crap really fast! It's like no one is willing to go above and beyond with their job one little bit. I personally shoveled by the mailboxes so the driver could get there without issue, however, they can only "reach" the neighbors. Here's an idea... stretch just a little further... 4 inches per say. The postal system has gotten so lazy that they won't even put a note in your box if snow is the issue. This has to improve because it can't get any worse for sure! **SORRY MEANT ANGOLA, IN"
