Take 5 Oil Change

"If you’re a woman please be careful going here make sure you’re stern and confident they will add extra stuff and even charge you for stuff you never asked for. I was charged an extra 16 (plus more random charges) for some fuel cleaner but he wasn’t going to tell me or even give it to me until he noticed I was actually looking at the expenses on my receipt then he started looking crazy acting as if he had forgotten even tho I never asked for it in the first place. I’ve been to other take 5 and they don’t do that and actually communicate to me what they’re gonna do start to finish. If there’s one thing I regret it’s signing that receipt but I was having a bad day so I didn’t want to take my built up anger or frustration out on the guy (should have). Also felt like confronting them would get me nowhere considering I’m a woman (ikik) But anyways just be careful ladies. 2 stars for their smooth manipulation."

"Brandon was very professional and friendly.. He explained why a coolant flush was needed soon so that I understood and let me know that if any oil was leaking that I could come get it topped off with no charge (before next oil change due date) I’ll definitely be back!! Exceptional service!"
